Senior iOS Developer / iOS Lead

We are looking for people Who
  • Have experience in building highly scalable iOS applications for at least 4 years, 2 years on Swift.
  • Have worked with a product startup / on Enterprise level Applications.
  • Have built quality iOS products using Swift.
  • Have had hands-on experience with Realm database.
  • Understand and have demonstrated best practices in front-end UI and UX implementation with UIKit, Core Animations, Auto Layouts.
  • Love to implement world class UI without using Storyboard.
  • Have worked with iOS applications involving REST APIs and integration using Alamofire.
  • Have worked with SCMs like Git and/or Subversion.
  • Having handled applications that drive high traffic is a plus.
  • Are currently living or are willing to live in Pune.

Senior Android Developer / Android Lead

We are looking for people Who
  • Have extensively worked on native Android applications for at least 2 years.
  • Have been associated with at least one product startup in the past.
  • Have experience with building mobile applications which closely interact with REST APIs.
  • Have hands on experience with MVP design pattern, Reactive UI with RxJava, Retrofit and OkHttp.
  • Have worked with local databases with Android, such as Realm.
  • Have worked with Image optimization libraries such as Picasso and video recording and consumption with services like Amazon Elastic Transcoder with HLS capability on Android.
  • Have sound working knowledge of managing application updates via Play Store and otherwise.
  • Have handled cases involving Indian mobile scenarios such as 2G/3G network connectivity and device coverage.
  • Can write quality code, are used to source code management and review using Git Pull Requests, and are comfortable working with weekly release timeline (we take this a bit too seriously).
  • Live or want to live in Pune.

Senior BackEnd Engineer (MongoDB)

We are looking for people Who
  • Have worked with at least one software product startup.
  • Have been working on product back-end development for at least 5 years.
  • Know & understand the approach, and put a lot of thought before writing any piece of code.
  • Possess extensive production experience with MongoDB (must at least have a strong hold on aggregate pipelines).
  • Are willing to take ownership of every aspect of back-end development. e.g. Database modelling, API design, optimizations for scale, etc.
  • Have worked on at least one of Ruby, NodeJS, Python and Java.
  • Are more inclined towards solving a problem than sticking to a particular technology stack and/or approach.
  • Can write modular code by writing libraries and node modules.
  • Having worked with message queues using either of Resque, AMQP, Amazon SQS, Sidekiq etc is a plus.
  • Follow best practices with Git Pull Requests and weekly releases.

Full Stack Developer

We are looking for people Who
  • Have worked with at least one software product startup.
  • Have been working on full-stack web product development for at least 5 years.
  • Are willing to take ownership of every aspect of web product development. e.g. Front-end, Back-end, DevOps, etc.
  • Understand and can incorporate best practices in web product development while working on an ever aggressive timeline.
  • Are more inclined towards solving a problem than sticking to a particular technology stack and/or approach.
  • Have worked on at least two of Ruby, Nodejs, Python, Java, Scala, Clojure.
  • Have worked with at least three of MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDb, Neo4j, Cassandra/HBase.

Junior Android / iOS Developer

We are looking for people Who
  • Has worked on at least one quality Android / iOS application.
  • Is willing to go through a training for a month or two on Android / iOS.
  • Should have good understanding of data structures, OOP principles, SOLID principles.

  • Open source contribution is a huge plus.

Sr. Content Development Specialist –
Leadership & Talent Development

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with internal consulting team to support and grow the Talent Development business
  • Apply modern instructional designing techniques to design, develop and deliver micro-learning content for mobile applications
  • Research content, ideas, and scenarios for managerial development, with a focus on “on-the-job” activities
  • Understanding client requirements, their environment and business challenges in detail and thereby customise content accordingly
  • Content development includes micro-learning course design, and storyboarding, for content including short lessons, quizzes, activities etc.
  • Platform management includes uploading content on authoring platform, user management, courseware deployment for clients, and overall project management
  • Assist with creating, reviewing and editing other business materials as needed.
Key Expectations
  • Good organizational skills and a high rate of productivity to handle multiple client requests
  • Maintaining and developing strong skills necessary to create, develop, repurpose and share engaging content

Education/Experience
